In case you didn’t know that CrossFit has WODs named after girls, learn up!  These WODs are the most famous in all of CrossFit.  You will see this and other Benchmark WODs in the future so be sure to record your scores one way or another, ahem Beyond the Whiteboard, ahem.  The glory of rowing 500M into some body weight Deadlifts and Box Jumps is an  experience, like skydiving or a live concert, but only better.  Not too short, not too long and tailored to everyone’s personal relationship with gravity.  You still get to choose your load!  However you decide to do Christine (Rx or scaled), just be sure to push yourselves…this will not be the last time you do this.
